Have you ever come across something so unexpectedly hilarious that it makes your day? That happened when I found a piece of paper with some odd questions in my daughter’s school bag. I was curious, so I asked her if this was a school paper for a project, and she said, “No, Dad, I wrote these questions to ask my friends that want to work for Flucos.”
So, my little entrepreneur daughter created a list of questions to interview her friends who want to work for Flucos. She has been selling Flucos’ keychains and bracelets to some of her friends, and apparently, she’s now gathering a team to help her with the sales. I had a good laugh, but I admired her initiative. I love seeing the entrepreneur mindset growing in her early on.
These were the questions she wrote:
Question #1
Are you good at selling things?
Question #2
Do you want to try out or get the job?
Question #3
Are you lying on this quiz?
Question #4
If you get the job, would you lie to me?
I have always valued honesty, and my daughter is picking up on that; if you lie in the quiz, you don’t belong on the team. The HR department of Flucos is going to be intense.
